At RADECARE LTD we prioritise safety for both our carers and our services users, and this is reflected on mandatory trainings and skills we have made compulsory before a person can start working with us.

Training At RADECARE LTD is a continuous Process and we make it our priority that the team skills are up to date and any change in governance is reflected on their work.

Our staff are compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. They all undergo mandatory care certificate training as well as set continuous development goals which are reflected upon on the yearly appraisal we undertake with them.

We carry out supervision on our staff and check upon them on site to ensure good practice and maintain company standards.
